Heritage Baptist Church desires to build a new facility on thier property at 375 Curtis Parkway in Calhoun, Georgia. The drawings are in for permit review by the City of Calhoun and we expect to start site work in December 2009.
The building is to be a Pre-engineered Metal Building with framed and EIFS walls on the north and west and metal panels on the south and east. There will be a second floor mezzanine and a drive canopy.
Take note that the west wing of the second floor is to have a floor and rough-in plumbing only. It is to be for future, however it is possible that they may elect to complete the entire building at this time depending on finances available. Please prepare your quote on the building with the Phase I as the base bid, the Offices as Alternate 1 and the balance of the west 2nd floor as Alternate 2. We will be looking for Value Engineered alternatives. Please provide deducts for value engineered alternatives.

You are responsible for all pages, but after review of them all, you may elect to download and print only the pages that you want to use. Make certain to locate the pages names Specifications. Your base bid is to be prepared based on those instructions and specifications.
