This project is for a tax exempt enitity and we will arranging for direct purchase of many materials and equipemnt by the Owner to save on the sales taxes.  Please include the materials and sales tax in your bid.  You may be asked to allow the church to purchase materials direct and have the cost of materials and sales taxes deducted from your contract by change order.
