By working with Canco from the beginning, we can offer our expertise to our clients, creating a plan that fits into your budgetary and quality requirements, avoiding any surprises.
We can offer you a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract if we go over budget, as long as no additional change orders are requested, we will eat it. Plus, any savings or discounts we receive from suppliers during the construction phase are returned back to you at the end of the project, with Canco retaining only a small percentage of the difference and the owner retaining the majority of the savings.
